24 Point lift

Can you do the 24 points?
Singles:
Right arm, right foot, left foot, left arm
(reverse) Left arm, left foot, right foot, right arm
Sides: Right side, left side
(reverse) left side, right side
Oppsites: right arm & left leg, left arm and right leg
(reverse) left arm and right leg, right arm & left leg
sides then opposites: right side, right arm & left leg, left side, left arm and right leg
(reverse) left side, left arm and right leg, right side, right arm & left leg


Why are we doing this in PE?
